ISD, guarantees a processing time of thirty ( 30 ) days or lesser to deploy hired candidates from point of hire to job site. The time is identified from the date the employee signs the employment contract and after the Philippine government and host country’s emigrant formalities are completed.
ISD further guarantees the performance of the employee that in the event the employee is found not professionally, physically and mentally qualified within a probation of three months, ISD refunds the employee’s roundtrip fare and other expenses related thereto or a replacement recruited and deployed free of charge to the principal.
ISD, on the otherhand, waives this guarantee for any candidate directly hired or caused to be hired by the principal.
